DezinaHOST.com reserves the right to change this Policy any time, so please, check this page at least once a month or when in doubt. DezinaHOST.com strives to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our servers. We respect freedom of speech and expression unless it is harmful to others. These brief guidelines are imposed to protect you, other DezinaHOST.com customers and us against such harm.
Dezina is a provider of web hosting services and subsequently requires you to agree to the following terms and conditions before registration can proceed. Dezina reserves the right to suspend,alter,change or cancel any service provided by Dezina if it is determined the customer's account has been inappropriately used.

Site Content
Dezina strictly prohibit the transmission of any material that is, in Dezina's sole discretion, a violation of the following:

Illegal material - This includes, but not limited to, copyrighted works, Mp3, music or video files and any material that is in clear violation of any applicable law.

Warez - This includes, but not limited to, pirated software, serials, cracks, roms, emulators and any site which provides "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Adult material - This includes, but not limited to, pornography, erotic images and any content which may be seen as obscene. Child Pornography is NOT allowed.

Server Use
Accounts provided by Dezina are to be used by the primary owner and are prohibited from reselling, storing or giving away web hosting services to a third party. Web hosting is defined as a third party hosting any content on the primary owners account.
Dezina has a zero tolerance policy against spam and unsolicited mail of any shape or form. It it comes to Dezina's attention that an account hosted on Dezina servers are in violation of this policy, the account in question will be suspended immediately, pending further investigation.
It is duty of Dezina hosting clients to ensure all scripts housed on Dezina servers do not jeopardise stability of our servers. 
Scripts which cause harm to Dezina servers will be suspended and/or deleted without warning, and client account will be terminated.
It is duty of Dezina hosting clients to ensure all scripts/files/folders/content housed on Dezina servers are backed up by client, to their own computer, for safekeeping. 

Payment
Customers agree to pay in advance the full monies due for the services provided by Dezina. Payment is due each anniversary month or year following the date the account was activated. Dezina reserves the right to suspend any account until monies owed has been cleared. This includes, but is not limited to, monies owed due to excess bandwidth usage over the agreed limit (charged at £10 / $14 per Gb). The customer is responsible for all monies owed from the time the account was first established till the time the customer sends in a cancellation request. All invoices will be sent to the default email address provided at registration.

Cancellations & Refunds
Dezina reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event, all fees paid in advance will be pro-rated and refunded based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Dezinas terms and conditions or a cancellation occurs due to breach of these terms, the customer agrees that no refund is due.
All customers opening accounts for the first time with Dezina are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee. If the customer decides to cancel his/her account before the end of the 14 day money back guarantee, the customer is entitled to a full refund (this does not include customers who are in breach of these terms) excluding any optional extras ordered at the time of registration or set up fees.
Customers will not be entitled to this trial period if they have held an account with Dezina before. Once the trial period is over, customers are not entitled to a refund unless the service is cancelled by Dezina.

Indemnification
The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Dezina harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including solicitor fees asserted against Dezina that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the customer. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dezina against any liabilities arising out of the following:

- Any injury to a person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with a Dezina server
- Any defective products sold to a customer from a Dezina server
- Any material supplied by a customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party
- Copyright infringement (including intellectual property)

Disclaimer
Dezina will not be held responsible for any damages your company may suffer. We do not make implied, written or expressed warranties of any kind. Dezina disclaims any warranty or merchantability for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Dezina. Dezina reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without giving customers any advance notice.
